The following remain open and are not settled by this acceptance: Differences: Bill 3 short credit ₹1,145, bank reference RTGS-SHARMA-522500; reason unresolved. Retention: ₹98,455 from Bills 1–4; release six months after actual handover and agreed evidence. Defect obligations: Kitchen platform level remains Open; re-levelling and closure proof remain owed. This acceptance binds both Patil Constructions and Rajesh Sharma on that basis. It does not confirm receipt of money not yet received.
